Key Responsibilities
  • Be a role model - You'll motivate and engage your team to bring to life the brand values everyday, always promoting an inclusive and positive working atmosphere which is underpinned with celebrating success.
  • Ownership of all sales and profit results, driving cost management of all aspects outlined on the P&L reporting, inclusive of payroll managements, sales & KPIS.

  • Always communicate efficiently, both on the floor and behind the scenes. You will develop and maintain relationships across the business, with your customers and with community partners.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
  • Experience in a management role, at your best in a fast-paced and client-focused retail environment
  • Commercial approach, with a proven sales background and previous experience setting and delivering store KPIs
  • Flexible and adaptable, you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once
  • Proficient in POS systems
  • Budget management experience, including payroll, expenses etc.
  • Exceptional customer service and team management skills including a proven track record of developing others
  • Interest in and awareness of market trends in the retail industry
