Job description

The FOH Guest Service Partner is a part of each store's front of the house team and is focused on all operations as it applies to guest relations, food, cleanliness, and organization. The position may work as Cashier, Barista, Greeter, Expo, and/ or Busser. This partner normally reports directly to the Operations Manager. 


The FOH Guest Service Partner ensures that the front of the house operations meet expectations during their shift. This partner is responsible for following the steps of service set forth by the company in order to take care of every guest. This partner must maintain positive guest relations by ensuring they are prepared to meet every guest need. The partner is responsible for checking all food that is presented to the guest for accuracy and freshness. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: guest relations, cash control, inventory control, and working well with other members of the team. 


Job functions include:  

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas 
  • Accurately take a guests order and enter it into the POS system 
  • Be guest focused at all times 
  • Check all product for our quality standards 
  • Complete side work as required 
  • Pre bus tables when time allows 
  • Maintain guest relations 
  • Complete daily checklists 
  • Ensure all food pushed from the kitchen meets expectations 
  • Shrink / security control 
  • Follow all recipes as set forth by the company 
  • Follow systems for quality control  

Requirements include:
