Job description

Shift: 10pm to 6:30am

Location: Pomona, CA

Summary:

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Graveyard Shift Dispatcher to support our overnight operations. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth transition between shifts, supporting drivers, and maintaining accurate records throughout the night.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist 2nd shift with completing paperwork
  • Move RDS stores to the correct driver numbers
  • Issue keys to drivers and track distribution
  • Finalize outstanding stores in RDS
  • Close pickups when paperwork is received (physically or via email)
  • Call drivers who exceed their recommended start time
  • Notify stores of driver delays or late departures
  • Update driver names on gate passes
  • Add or remove stores from drivers in AS400
  • Print front and back of BOLs
  • Issue exception codes as needed
  • Complete and send out 3rd shift recap report

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks overnight
  • Familiarity with AS400, PCS, TMS, RDS, and dispatch systems preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Previous dispatch or logistics experience is a plus
