Position Purpose

The Store Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for the entire store. This role drives sales growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and associate engagement while ensuring compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and operational procedures. The Store Director leads all department managers and store associates to achieve business objectives while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop department managers and store associates.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
  • Drive talent development through training, mentoring, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Conduct regular leadership meetings to communicate goals, priorities, and company initiatives.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and retain top talent.
  • Ensure accountability for associate performance and adherence to company standards.
Sales & Financial Performance
  • Achieve and exceed sales, profit, and labor targets.
  • Analyze financial reports and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive store sales and customer traffic.
  • Monitor shrink, inventory levels, and operational expenses to maximize profitability.
