POSITION OVERVIEW
The Store Director role is the cornerstone of service, and the heart of the client experience. Leading through daily client interactions, comprehensive Team Member training, and a commitment to outstanding service. This role requires a passion for growth, with continuous development of their Team Members while ensuring each client leaves with a smile. By balancing inventory management, scheduling, administrative responsibilities, and ongoing Team Member feedback and coaching. Store Directors create a welcoming atmosphere that fosters both employee growth and excellent service.
STORE DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Effectively communicate and lead new operational initiatives.
  • Interview and hire Team Members to meet company standards.
  • Perform Tanning or Sugaring service shifts.
  • Manage store-level utilization by monitoring demand, labor trends, and adjusting staffing.
  • Develop and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to build a strong well rounded team.
  • Maintain inventory levels and place orders as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company and State Board cleanliness and organization standards.
  • Participate in weekly management calls, providing feedback and celebrating successes.
  • Foster a warm, fun, and welcoming environment for both Team Members and clients.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Prior management experience in a retail or salon environment.
  • A strong passion for the beauty industry (esthetician or cosmetology experience preferred, but not required).
  • A genuine interest in contributing to company growth and success.
  • Positive, upbeat attitude that promotes collaboration and productivity.
  • Open to flexible, full-time availability to meet business demand.
