Job description

A store director is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture and has a servant's heart. They have a passion for people and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. Our director's are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. Directors lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Director Responsibilities:

  • Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
  • Participation in monthly leadership meetings while reporting on respective area(s) of the Restaurant
  • Offer immediate and respectful response to fellow team member's and guest's needs
  • Be a friendly, encouraging team player
  • Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
