  • Mentor and manage diverse teams of site superintendents and project engineers to foster a results-driven culture.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated history of maintaining accurate project documentation.
  • Experience supporting or managing commercial construction projects.
  • This role offers a clear path to a Senior Project Manager position, with increasing responsibility and client exposure over time.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
  • Experience working in a client-focused firm providing deep levels of technical expertise and advice.
  • Demonstrated success in conflict resolution and building long-term relationships with ownership groups.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive annual salary with bi-weekly pay cycles.
  • Year-end performance bonus eligibility.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Retirement savings program with employer match.
  • Paid time off
