Uniform Center Store Clerk

Mi Hub with offices in the UK and US, is an international supplier of corporate clothing uniform solutions to businesses and individuals, trading through its Dimensions, Alexandra, Yaffy and Affinity brands. Collectively the group employs more than 800 people across its offices in the UK, Europe, and the USA. Mi Hub US is headquartered in Jeffersonville, IN. This is a remote position working as a member of the Affinity team.

 

Full Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Store Clerk that can work with little direction to ensure a high quality of customer service. The goal is to maximize customer commitment and the prosperity of business by producing excellent customer service to the client.

Responsibilities include the execution of actionable items as directed by the Store Manager, including but not limited to assisting customers in their uniform needs, answering questions regarding the uniform items. Providing the highest level of customer service to each client.

Duties:


  - Assist customers with uniform selections.
  - Assist with alterations to uniforms.
  - Keep store clean and organized.
  - 

Skills:

- Strong customer service skills
  - Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  - Retail experience preferred
  - Proficient in sales techniques and strategies
  - Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette
