About this Opportunity:
The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for receiving inventory from the shipping department and transacting the material to a location in the warehouse. This position assists Warehouse Manager with cycle counts and maintaining first in first out inventory. As needed other duties or tasks may be assigned.
Responsibilities:
  • Reviews multiple daily inventory reports for pulling and staging of future deliveries.
  • Performs cycle counts of inventory.
  • Receives and verifies inventory from shipping.
  • Stores inventory to selected warehouse location.
  • Updates Visual with inventory location.
  • Pulls "Customer Extra Parts" and prepares them for inspection.
  • Repackages parts per customer shipping requirements.
  • Maintain "FIFO" inventory.
  • Reviews revision against customer order and packing slip.
  • Keeps warehouse clean and aisle ways accessible.
  • Maintains obsolete inventory.
  • Transacts materials through use of bar code or manual adjustments.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • 6 Months of continuous work experience in manufacturing environment.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Legible handwriting.
  • Ability to communicate with others.
  • Basic arithmetic.
  • Must be able to read and understand English.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Extended periods of time standing.
  • Extended periods working on a computer.
