We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Part-Time Store Associate to help create an exceptional shopping experience for our employees and guests. 

The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and passionate about customer service, merchandising, and retail operations. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

Core Responsibilities 

Customer Service 

  • Provide friendly and helpful service to customers in-store and online. 

  • Answer customer questions and assist with product recommendations. 

  • Manage and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner. 

  • Resolve customer concerns and help create a positive shopping experience. 

Sales & Promotions 

  • Support sales by helping customers find products that meet their needs. 

  • Share information about new products, promotions, and store events. 

  • Assist with pop-up shops and other promotional activities. 

Merchandising 

  • Maintain organized and visually appealing product displays. 

  • Restock merchandise and keep the sales floor clean and well-presented. 

  • Assist with seasonal merchandising updates and store resets. 

Inventory & Order Fulfillment 

  • Receive, organize, and stock incoming merchandise. 

  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory audits. 

  • Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs. 

  • Maintain an organized stockroom and storage areas. 

  • Pick, pack, and ship online orders accurately and efficiently. 

  • Ensure online orders are processed and fulfilled in a timely manner. 

Key Qualifications & Skills 

  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude. 

  • Comfortable using computers, email, point-of-sale systems, and other retail technology. 

  • Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities. 

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move merchandise as needed. 

  • Flexible schedule with availability to support store operations, events, and pop-up shops. 

  • Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
