Dallas PkwySuite 800Dallas, TX 75254**Detailed Description**Plan and manage installation, configuration and tuning of SAN, Dell/EMC storage technologies, and Cisco MDS 9718 environment, to ensure security and continuous availability of data storage network across enterprise and for our banking customers. Provide level 3/4 support, documenting issues, resolution, procedural operations in accordance to said issue along with tracking and root cause analysis of the issue post-mortem. Plan and manage provisioning of storage, SAN and Backups, capacity analysis, monitoring, break/fix (vendor management), upgrade paths and best practices for current storage technologies. Manage and provide current disk storage usage statistics and provide future projected growth estimates. Administer hardware components for Dell/EMC, HP, IBM, and Pure Storage systems. Interpret storage protocols for iSCSI (internet small computer system interface), Fibre Channel, CIFS (common internet file system), NFS (network file system), and NDMP (network data management protocol). Manage and maintain company's storage-based systems and deployment of storage technologies. Flexible work schedule to perform planned activities occurring outside normal business hours.
