Stones River Electric is seeking a Commercial Sign Installer to support our growing national operations, offering competitive hourly rates based on experience.


This role requires a skilled installer with a strong construction background who can work independently, operate safely at heights, and handle installation and service of commercial signage. Responsibilities include installing, servicing, and removing signage, operating cranes and rigging equipment, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.


The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused in the field, and able to take ownership of their work with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • Valid CDL license (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of construction experience
  • Experience operating cranes and rigging equipment
  • Sign installation experience preferred
  • Welding skills a plus (not required)
  • Comfortable working from heights and in varying weather conditions
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to use a smartphone or tablet for job management apps
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Tools Required:

  • Basic hand tools including meter, pliers, wire strippers, and tape measure
