  • Identify and execute continuous improvement projects focused on space utilization, replenishment efficiency, and reduction of handling waste
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards including OSHA requirements; maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment using 5S principles
  • Support new product introductions and production ramp activities by establishing receiving workflows, storage strategies, and kitting processes for new components
  • Maintain warehouse documentation including SOPs, work instructions, and inventory control procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse or materials management, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven track record of improving inventory accuracy and operational efficiency through structured problem solving and continuous improvement

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and drive decisions
  • Experience leading teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with shifting production priorities
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and 5S workplace organization
  • Willingness to support operations across shifts and respond to escalations as needed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Qualifications

  • Familiarity with kitting operations and line-side material delivery strategies such as kanban and supermarket replenishment
  • Experience with MES or factory data platforms for material tracking and production visibility
  • Knowledge of BOM structures and integration with production scheduling
  • Experience in power electronics, battery, or electromechanical assembly supply chains in energy, automotive, aerospace, or consumer electronics manufacturing
