You will spend your workday split between inside office tasks and outdoor property tasks. We are committed to excellence in every aspect of our services and are expanding our team to include a dedicated Storage Manager located at several locations: 12111 Parklawn Drive, Rockville, MD 20852 (Bethesda location) 11930 Parklawn Drive, Rockville, MD 20852 (Kensington location) 12330 Parklawn Drive, Rockville, MD 20852 (Rockville location) Responsibilities Assist customers by qualifying their storage needs, showing available units, and selling packing supplies. Guide new customers through rental processes and agreements Will work between multiples stores in the district. Follow up on reservations and inquiries. Prepare vacant units for rent. Answer customer inquiries via phone, in person and the internet. Process daily payments. Contact delinquent customers for payment and prepare accounts for auction. General office neatness & cleaning. Utilize the maintenance app to coordinate with the maintenance crew to keep the property up to company standards. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Must have Office 365 Experience Qualifications 2+ years of Self-Storage Experience Customer service experience in retail or office environment, or supervisory position in cleaning or maintenance field or similar. Ability to work independently when required and as part of a management team. Excellent administrative skills including proficient PC skills Able to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, or reach for eight hours daily. Current, valid driver's license with access to a reliable personal vehicle, required to run errands for the facility and travel to other store locations.
