Job description

Stonegate Group, a Natick-based real estate management and development company, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and is eager to grow professionally. This is an entry-level position: experience a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage phone calls
  • Communicate with tenants, vendors, and internal team members
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Learn and update information in Rent Manager software
  • Assist with managing and updating company social media accounts
  • Provide general administrative and office support

What We’re Looking For

  • Friendly, professional, and reliable
  • Strong interest in customer service and business operations
  • Comfortable multitasking and communicating with a variety of people
  • Basic computer skills (training provided for Rent Manager)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
