Job Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Monitor and record vital signs; report significant changes to nursing staff
  • Support patient mobility, including safe transfers from beds to wheelchairs
  • Serve meals to patients
