About the role As an experienced esthetician, you’ll bring a deep background and demonstrated focus on Dermalogica products and procedures, as well as a keen interest in mentoring and developing a younger team of skin-care professionals. Preference will be given to those candidates who currently hold Dermalogica Expert status. You’ll work with both new and returning customers, offering consultative treatment advice, and provide excellent service that results in a smile they can’t wipe off their faces. Sales will play a key part in your role here, as you’ll suggest other products as you see fit, and generate referral business through your tremendous care and service. We deliver a full range of esthetic services, which you’ll be familiar with, but we’re also looking for you to be excited about learning new skills and procedures. You’ll be a great fit for this role if you’re: Meticulous: you’re great with details and provide top-notch services to our customers. Working @ Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa This is a full-time position with variable hours 5 days a week, Wednesday to Sunday. We offer a highly competitive base salary plus commission and bonus structure, no tip pooling, health benefits, and paid training. We’ve got a small team of 15, so you’ll be joining a fun, friendly, and familiar group of people. There is also a strong possibility for this position to grow into a management role for someone who is dedicated to growing their career in the industry and to becoming a partner in the business.
