A stone bakery is a bakery that uses stone ovens, often made from materials like brick or stone, to bake bread and other baked goods. Stone bakeries often focus on traditional baking techniques and may use natural ingredients to produce artisanal products. The unique baking method is valued for enhancing flavor and quality.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a stone baker?
