Warehouse Associate


Location: Arlington, TX 76018
Type: Temporary (W-2)
Schedule: Mon–Fri | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | 40 hrs/week


Job Summary

Seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support daily field distribution and shop operations. This role is labor-intensive and involves prepping copier machines, material handling, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, safety-focused, and willing to work overtime based on business needs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prep and wrap copier machines using corner boards and stretch wrap.

  • Install miscellaneous parts as instructed by shop technicians.

  • Perform daily warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, stocking, and order picking.

  • Load and unload products; move equipment using manual and powered material-handling equipment (training provided).

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the warehouse.

  • Follow all OSHA and company safety regulations.

  • Complete required documentation accurately and on time.

  • Handle equipment ranging from small parts to machines valued up to $150,000.

  • Work at a rapid pace to meet deadlines.

  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.

  • 2+ years of warehouse experience, or 1 year of warehouse experience within Ricoh.

  • Ability to read, write legibly, and perform basic math.

  • Ability to lift up to 75–100 lbs, and move wheeled equipment up to 700 lbs.

  • Comfortable with stooping, bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods.

  • Basic knowledge of hand tools preferred.
