Schedule is mostly set depending on business needs with a guaranteed bi-weekly pay. You'll get to create your own pace of work with great staff members & supervisors to work side by side with. CWA is considered a unique warehouse due to not having to use any scannable platform. We are based on keeping a tight inventory count on all departments. There's a wide variety of products our customers get's to choose to order and with our expert staff members we fulfill and accomplish to serve all year long.
 
Overview:
An Order Selector is responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and staging customer orders in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. This role ensures products are picked efficiently, handled safely, and prepared for on‑time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Select customer orders using pick sheets, or voice‑picking systems.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or reach trucks (if certified).
  • Build, wrap, and stage pallets to company standards.
  • Verify product codes, quantities, and quality before loading.
  • Maintain accurate inventory through proper product rotation (FIFO).
  • Meet productivity and accuracy targets.
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
  • Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to supervisors.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in warehouse or distribution environments preferred.
  • Ability to lift upto 50 lbs repeatedly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in cold, dry, or freezer environments (depending on facility).
  • Basic math and reading skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as required.
