Responsibilities: 

  • Keep the parts department neat and orderly
  • Process all inventory transactions pertaining to the parts department, coordinate activities of warehouse, verify and maintain records for incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Confirm Inbound / Outbound shipment documentation and accuracy
  • Assist with inventory re-stock process
  • Transportation of materials
  • Maintain logs for product returns
  • Any other duties that management or the employee feels can be productive within the job description guidelines

Requirements: 

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Must be able to represent the dealership in a professional manner
  • Team Oriented
  • Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record with no suspensions or major violations
