Ludico is an exciting new restaurant concept from Tribeca Hospitality Group, bringing together fresh, vibrant, and transportive European flavors in an elevated yet approachable dining experience.

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Stocker to join our opening team. This essential role supports the daily operations of the restaurant by ensuring all departments are properly stocked, organized, and supplied for service. The Stocker plays a critical role in maintaining inventory flow, storage organization, and operational efficiency throughout the restaurant.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong work ethic, and takes pride in keeping the restaurant organized, well-stocked, and service-ready.

Position Summary

The Stocker is responsible for receiving, organizing, storing, rotating, and distributing products and supplies throughout the restaurant. This position works closely with both the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure all service stations, bars, kitchens, storage areas, and operational spaces remain fully stocked and organized throughout each shift.

Responsibilities

Inventory & Stock Management

  • Receive, organize, and properly store incoming deliveries.
  • Verify deliveries against purchase orders and report shortages or damaged products.
  • Label, date, rotate, and store products using First In, First Out (FIFO) inventory practices.
  • Maintain organized storage areas, walk-ins, dry storage, beverage storage, and supply rooms.
  • Replenish inventory throughout the restaurant to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and notify management of low inventory.
  • Assist with monthly and periodic inventory counts.

Operational Support

  • Stock front-of-house service stations, bars, kitchens, beverage stations, and storage areas.
  • Transport products, supplies, linens, beverages, and equipment throughout the restaurant.
  • Organize shelves, storage racks, and inventory locations to maximize efficiency.
  • Assist with setting up operational areas before service and replenishing supplies during service.
  • Support special events, private dining, and banquet operations as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Teamwork & Standards

  • Work collaboratively with culinary, bar, dining room, stewarding, and management teams.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness in storage and receiving areas.
  • Safely operate carts, dollies, and other equipment used for transporting inventory.
  • Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, maintenance issues, and safety concerns promptly.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in restaurants, hospitality, warehouse, receiving, inventory, or stockroom operations preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of inventory control and product rotation (FIFO) preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting multiple departments.
