Job description

Your Role at Dollar Tree:
As a Stocker, you'll be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of your assigned store, including receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner in accordance with productivity standards. You will assist with merchandising and stocking as needed and be fully cross-trained to support the cash register and assist customers. Additionally, you will help ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders. You'll also assist with the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable. Other duties may be assigned.
Your Skills and Experience:
  • Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting

  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service is required

  • Strong communication skills are required

  • High level of integrity is required

  • Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required
