Job Title

Performs loading, receiving, and general stocking duties on a daily basis including storing and stocking products.

Essential Functions
  • Load merchandise for customers
  • Move, handle, and transport products, materials, or supplies
  • Operate tools and equipment safely
  • Maintain inventory records
  • Perform general stocking duties
  • Perform general cleaning duties
  • Comply with Loss Prevention guidelines
  • Help and assist customers in finding merchandise and providing information
  • Greet and talk politely with customers
  • Comply with supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits, and attitude
  • Function as a team member and get along with others
  • Adhere to daily work schedule
  • Work weekends, any shift, holidays, and overtime as needed
  • Work in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform other duties as needed or assigned

Physical Requirements

  • Work in weather extremes
  • Work around hay, dust, coal, and other outdoor plant pollens
  • Work around animals; fowl, rodents, sheep, etc.
  • Work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
Education and Experience

A high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous experience in operating forklifts, tractors, and heavy equipment preferred

Previous industry experience preferred

Age Requirement

Minimum age 18

Navajo speaking preferred

MVR clearance from insurance company
