As a Stock Associate, you're an expert at the timely flow of merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor. You're a flexible team player, working with your team to achieve sales goals and willing to step onto the sales floor when support is needed. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Brand standards are your best friend: You keep product moving and ensure consistent store operations, working with store leadership to execute daily action plans. When you see a merchandising opportunity, you develop a solution and take action to correct it.
  • You own the stockroom: You keep the stockroom running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, marketing materials and fixtures stay organized. You support shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
  • You've got integrity: You are reliable, uphold Vera Bradley's core values and adhere to company policies and procedures.
