Pick, Pack, and Prepare Customer Orders
Picks and assembles customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on-time delivery. Packs orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes.
Ensure Product Quality and Order Accuracy
Selects fresh, high-quality products and removes damaged or unsuitable items. Completes all required documentation and labels accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels.
Maintain Efficient and Organized Packing
Packs totes efficiently to make the best use of space while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
Support Customers and Team Operations
Balances fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction, providing assistance and helping resolve issues when needed.
Follow Safety, Food Hygiene, and Quality Standards
Maintains a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene and safety procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use.
