The Resin Handler keeps each line supplied with the correct amount, combination, and types of resins and additives. This person in this position moves, stores and supplies raw materials as directed.  They deliver materials to various departments following prescribed practices or instructions. A shift premium of $2 per hour may be offered for this position. 

The work is performed in a production setting, operating standard manual and powered equipment used in material handling such as tape guns, pallet jack and forklift.  Job requirements included being physically capable of twisting head and body, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for 11.5 hours per day.  Able to work in hot or cold temperatures.

High School Graduate or GED

Proven track record of excellent attendance

Basic math and computer skills

Good communication skills 

Commitment to safety and quality

Ability to manage time effectively throughout the day

Ability to multi-task

Ability to read a production schedule, work order, and work procedures 

Data entry skills for inventory purposes  

Capable of stringing an extrusion line
