Stock handlers are employees responsible for receiving, organizing, and distributing goods within warehouses, retail stores, or distribution centers. Their main duties include unloading deliveries, checking inventory for accuracy, stocking shelves, and preparing items for shipment. Stock handlers play a crucial role in ensuring products are properly stored, easily accessible, and efficiently moved through the supply chain.

What are some common challenges stock handlers face during busy periods, and how can they effectively manage them?

During peak seasons or inventory restocks, Stock Handlers often encounter challenges such as increased workload, tight deadlines, and maintaining accuracy while handling large volumes of goods. To manage these challenges effectively, it's important to prioritize tasks, communicate clearly with team members, and stay organized.
