Job description


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Responsible for analysis and high-level administration of the company's equity programs, including stock options, restricted stock plans, and employee stock purchase plans.
  • Monitors daily stock option exercises and reviews them for errors, ensuring they comply with federal, state and foreign regulations and securities laws.
  • Maintains the company's equity administration database and coordinates with transfer agents and stock administration service providers to ensure that trades are settled in a timely manner.
  • Interacts with Payroll on preparation and distribution of year-end statements.
  • Serves as a resource for internal departments and employees, including customer service and training.

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

  • Five (5) years' experience in a corporate environment, administering stock plans.

  • Experience owning ESPP implementation and purchases in a global corporation.

  • Working knowledge of Section 16 insider reporting, tax, accounting and securities law aspects of equity compensation plans required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Detail oriented and able to meet deadlines and multiple work demands.

  • Ability to work independently using significant discretion and judgment.

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

  • Strong organizational, human relations, and communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications: The preferred location for this hybrid position is Memphis, TN. However, we will consider candidates based elsewhere within the following states: Arkansas, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin. Candidates residing within 50 miles of a FedEx campus will be required to work on-site at a FedEx location several times per week.

Pay Transparency:

Pay: $5,638.08 USD/Month - $12,967.57 USD/ Month

Additional Details: Preferred Qualifications: CEP - Certification (any level), Data analysis, Excel proficiency, Experience with Merrill platform and supporting plans within this system. Position not eligible for sponsorship. This position is not eligible for relocation.

In New Jersey, any compensable Security and Walk time will be paid to non-exempt/hourly employees at the state minimum wage.
