STO Solutions d’affaires est une entreprise familiale établie à Québec depuis 1992, spécialisée dans l’accompagnement technologique des PME d’ici.

Notre mission : agir comme un véritable département TI externe pour nos clients, en les soutenant autant dans leurs opérations quotidiennes que dans leurs projets d’évolution technologique.

Nous intervenons notamment sur les environnements Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, cybersécurité et infrastructures hybrides, avec une approche humaine, proactive et orientée solutions.

Dans un contexte de croissance continue, nous souhaitons accueillir un(e) administrateur(trice) systèmes Microsoft afin de se joindre à notre équipe Solutions d’affaires.

Ton rôle

Tu interviendras comme référence technique auprès de nos clients PME, dans un environnement structuré et collaboratif.

Concrètement, tu seras appelé(e) à :

  • Administrer, maintenir et faire évoluer des environnements Microsoft (on-premise, cloud et hybrides)
  • Intervenir sur des mandats touchant notamment : Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Entra ID, Intune); SharePoint (volet en croissance au sein de l’équipe); Azure
  • Résoudre des incidents et demandes de niveau 2, avec une approche durable et documentée
  • Participer à des projets clients : migrations, modernisation d’environnements, rehaussement de la sécurité
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe interne (répartiteur, chargé de projet, collègues techniques)

Tu n’es pas en vente : ton rôle est axé sur l’analyse, l’exécution et la qualité technique.

Ton quotidien chez STO

  • Travail majoritairement à distance (environ 80 %)
  • Déplacements occasionnels chez les clients au besoin (voiture de service fournie)
  • Environnements variés : tu touches à plusieurs dossiers et technologies
  • Apprentissage continu grâce à la diversité des mandats

Profil recherché

  • AEC ou DEC en informatique
  • Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en administration systèmes
  • Expérience concrète (fonctionnelle) en environnement Microsoft
  • À l’aise dans un écosystème Microsoft (environ 95 % de notre stack)
  • Bon niveau de français et aisance dans les échanges avec les clients
  • Profil curieux, autonome, structuré et orienté solutions

Certification Azure

La certification Azure AZ-104 est requise dans le cadre du poste.
