  • Execute enhancements and upgrades for our ecosystem of People Technology, processes and systems, including Workday HCM, Prism, Greenhouse ATS, Onboarding, Compensation, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Talent Management.
About You
  • Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Have 5+ years of experience integrating global HCM solutions, with demonstrated understanding of People and HR Data and automation
  • Possess technical familiarity of HRIS modules (HCM, Advanced Comp, Benefits, Talent) preferably with systems like Workday,  Greenhouse, ADP and BI and analytics tools (Looker, Tableau or similar)
  • Think strategically: You configure entire flows to connect complex business objectives with the right blend of technology.
  • Grasp modern security: You are fluent in OAuth 2.0 and API security models to ensure every solution is compliant and robust. You have a deep understanding of security configuration with object management systems like Role Based security, User Based security, Job based security, Intersection and Segment based Security groups
  • Own the outcome: You demonstrate strong project management and delivery skills, independently prioritizing tasks, competing initiatives, and navigating ambiguity to deliver high-impact results.
  • Collaborate effectively: You excel at facilitating requirements & design discussions and presenting and aligning diverse stakeholders on complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences. You have excellent verbal and written communications, strong analytical skills, and strict attention to detail.
