Job description

About the Role

The Brand Marketing team brings the Stitch Fix brand to life through cohesive, relevant storytelling across the client experience. As a Senior Associate, Integrated Marketing, you'll help shape and manage our integrated marketing calendar, connecting priorities across Merchandising, Channel Marketing, PR, Styling, and Creative teams. You'll play a key role in ensuring our marketing moments are coordinated, timely, culturally relevant, and consistently executed across channels, while supporting content, site and app refreshes, brand partnerships, and the Stitch Fix blog.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage the integrated marketing calendar, developing key marketing moments and driving cross-functional alignment across Merchandising, CRM, Social, PR, Growth, Styling, and Creative partners.
  • Coordinate and review content and creative workstreams across paid social, site, app, blog, and other channels to ensure execution aligns with integrated marketing priorities, merchandising strategies, and brand standards.
  • Own the Stitch Fix blog strategy from planning through publishing, partnering with Creative, Copy, Merchandising, and SEO teams to deliver fresh, relevant content.
  • Identify and activate culturally relevant trends, seasonal moments, and brand storytelling opportunities, partnering with channel owners and Creative to bring ideas to life in fresh and effective ways.
  • Support and coordinate site and app creative refreshes, brand partnerships, and external brand or vendor logistics, ensuring projects stay organized, on schedule, and aligned with broader marketing priorities.

How AI and tools show up in your day-to-day work:

  • Use AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT or similar platforms, to support research, ideation, content development, project planning, and workflow efficiency.
  • Leverage project management, content, and collaboration tools to organize integrated marketing calendars, track deliverables, and maintain alignment across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Learn and apply new technologies and tools that improve how marketing work is planned, developed, communicated, and executed.

About You

This is what you'll need to succeed in this role from day 1:

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or a related marketing function.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, workstreams, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and levels.
  • Strong creative judgment and an understanding of cultural and consumer trends, with the ability to translate relevant moments into brand-appropriate marketing opportunities.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, thoughtful, and high-quality work.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT or similar platforms, and an interest in using emerging technologies to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in ecommerce, retail, fashion, or subscription-based businesses.
  • Experience supporting integrated, cross-channel marketing campaigns or calendars.
  • Exposure to SEO, editorial or blog content, site merchandising, brand partnerships, or digital creative workflows.
