Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Ensure vehicles are moved as directed in a timely manner
  • Able to handle the following tasks to include but not limited to, restocking supplies, light cleaning duties of entire store, delivery of vehicle and washing of vehicles.
  • Move and park vehicles in a manner that will create smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility to ensure customers’ convenience and satisfaction
  • Arrive on time and follow a daily morning schedule at showroom to keep all vehicles very clean before 9am when store is open:

1. Clean from fingerprints / dust exterior and interior

2. Make sure the car is clean inside, carpets are vacuumed and clean

3. All windows are clean

4. Tires are shiny

5. Clean the rims

6. No debris, leaves, dirt, etc.

· During your shift, routinely walk around entire building including inventory lots and clean the property from plastics, paper, cigarettes, and other trash

· Sold Car Delivery:

1. Fuel vehicle pursuant to dealership policy

2. Remove all stickers and plastic from the car (exterior & Interior)

3. Wash car exterior

4. Dry vehicle and ensure free of all water spots

5. Thoroughly clean and vacuum the interior of the car to include seats, under seats, dash boards, floor and floor mats, cup holders, door panels, trunk, etc.

6. Clean all windows inside and outside

7. Wipe down tires and apply tire shine and clean rims

8. Park vehicle in delivery area, turn off the car and lock, and physically hand the car key to the Sales Representative for inspection

9. If the car is not accepted by the sales associate or customer for delivery, the car must be returned for correction of deficiencies

Requirements:
  • Must have valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Must be willing to Saturdays and evenings as needed
