Reports to: Executive Steward / Executive Chef
Status: Full-Time
Salary Range: $15.30 - $17.00 per hour (experience-based compensation)

We’re currently seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Stewards to join our team and help create memorable moments for our guests.

What You’ll Do
As a Steward/Dishwasher, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and food service areas. You’ll ensure that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized, supporting the culinary team in delivering exceptional service.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Operate dishwashing machines and clean all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen tools
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and workstations
  • Properly store clean items in designated areas
  • Remove trash and recyclables and ensure proper disposal procedures
  • Assist with basic food prep or banquet setup as needed
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Manager and/or Supervisor
