Daniel Lottinger - State Farm Agenthas limited, full-time, in-office Insurance Sales positions available. We're looking for motivated, coachable individuals who want to build a successful career as a Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life insurance agent.
We provide full training, hands-on coaching, and a fun, upbeat, competitive environment for the right candidate. You'll learn how to build relationships, serve customers, and consistently convert opportunities into policies-while working with a supportive team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Generate new business by following a structured activity plan that includes:
    • Inbound lead follow-up
    • Outbound calling and outreach activities
    • Converting prospects into qualified opportunities
    • Manage customer accounts by keeping information accurate and up to date in the database/CRM.
    • Assist customers with:
    • Policy questions and general inquiries
    • Policy changes and updates
    • Guidance through options and next steps (with professionalism and clarity)
  • Coordinate with underwriters to help ensure applications and requests move forward efficiently and policies are issued in a timely manner.
  • Track performance and maintain follow-through by documenting calls, statuses, and next steps to ensure no opportunity is missed.
  • Represent the agency with strong communication, professionalism, and customer-first service at every touchpoint.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Team player with a competitive spirit and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (friendly, clear, and confident).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail-insurance requires accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort working in a CRM/database.
  • Previous experience at an insurance agency is a plus, or being currently P&C and/or Life licensed is a plus.
  • Prior sales and/or call center experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

LICENSE REQUIREMENT
This is a licensed Insurance Sales position.
You must have or be able to obtain both:
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) License
  • Life License

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
