Job description

We are focused on meeting the demand for fleet and mobile service in our area. We are seeking an experienced Mopar technician with heavy duty or mobile experience. Dayton Andrews is a family owned and operated dealership since 1964. 

Primary focus on Mobile service with a focus on fleet service.

Required Qualifications:

  • Stellantis training level 2 and up
  • Experience with advanced diagnostic procedures
  • Exceptional integrity of work performed
  • Commitment to ethical business practices
  • Desire to be a part of a transparent and honest company
  • Own their own tools needed for daily work
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to perform comprehensive inspections on every vehicle
  • Reliable transportation

Pay structure:
Hourly with flat-rate bonus and "drive time" of 0.2 per mobile op code.

Schedule:
Technicians will work a five-day work week. Service is open Monday – Friday from 7:30am-5:30pm.

Benefits:
Full medical, dental, disability and vision benefits are available after 90 days.
Vacation Pay after one year. One week paid after one year, two weeks after two years and three weeks after five years.
