Supplier Quality & Purchasing Path | Full-Time, Early Career |
BUILD THE FUTURE OF MOBILITY:
Join the Graduate Program of Stellantis (GPS), a global early-career development experience designed to accelerate emerging talent graduates into future leadership roles. In the Supplier Quality & Purchasing Rotational Development Program, you will contribute to real business priorities while building the commercial, technical, and leadership capabilities needed to succeed in a fast-moving global automotive environment.
From day one, you will join Stellantis as a full-time employee, take ownership of meaningful assignments, and collaborate with teams that shape supplier performance, sourcing strategy, cost competitiveness, quality, and vehicle launches.
HOW THE PROGRAM IS STRUCTURED:
This two-year program includes four six-month rotational assignments across Purchasing and Supplier Quality. Each assignment is project-based and designed to provide broad business exposure, functional depth, cross-functional collaboration, and increasing responsibility.
  • Complete four six-month rotations across Purchasing, Supplier Quality, and aligned cross-functional teams.
  • Gain exposure to different commodities, suppliers, programs, manufacturing environments, and business priorities.
  • Participate in structured onboarding, technical and leadership development, mentoring, and networking.
  • Prepare for placement into a long-term Purchasing or Supplier Quality role upon successful program completion, based on business needs and individual capabilities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Support sourcing strategies, competitive quotations, supplier negotiations, and cost-improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze supplier quality, cost, delivery, capacity, and risk data to inform business decisions.
  • Partner with suppliers and internal teams to resolve operational, quality, and supply issues.
  • Contribute to supplier assessments, industrialization activities, product and process readiness, and continuous improvement.
  • Support vehicle and product launch activities by monitoring supplier deliverables, identifying risks, and helping drive corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing, Supplier Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Program teams.
  • Lead defined projects, present recommendations, and communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree completed before the program start date in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, International Business, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of relevant professional experience

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated learning agility, initiative, accountability, and interest in taking on increasing responsibility.
  • Ability to travel as required by rotational assignments and business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Internship, co-op, student-program, or project experience in Purchasing, Supplier Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related area.
  • Experience using data to identify trends, solve problems, or support decisions.
  • Exposure to negotiations, supplier management, quality systems, manufacturing processes, continuous improvement, or project management.
  • Strong interest in the automotive industry and global collaboration.
