Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and accountable for end-to-end ownership of assigned service parts, including price maintenance, forecasting for future budgets plans / multiyear, delivery issue resolution for GM CCA, Stellantis Mopar, and designated customer accounts.
  • Contribute to assigned customer P&L and initiate appropriate measures to secure profitable sales growth with Customer via part termination and price increase requests.
  • Develop and lead the customer-specific business strategy and direct the business development activities.
  • Lead or monitor business development for new business, ensure negotiation of frame agreements, general terms and conditions, and overall business volumes.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Own the quotation process and ensure quotation preparation including both technical and commercial aspects.
  • Manage and monitor the sales process of business acquisition, customer inquiry processing, negotiation of terms & conditions, contract closing for delivery and general contracts and order processing.
  • Manage new vehicle program OES launches while working effectively within the regional & global matrix structure.
  • Manage exist & negotiate new contracts, and agreements, lead negotiations with the customers’ purchasing departments.
  • Own master data management (part numbers, pricing, ship to location, customer set up, etc.) in SAP for assigned customers parts.
  • Warranty recovery claim negotiations.
  • Help develop strategy for REMAN for VLS- creative ideas for new business.
  • AR Topics – provide support for finance team for escalation topics.
  • In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must conduct tasks assigned by his/her superior that are related to his/her duties.
  • With the general knowledge of coworker(s) responsibilities and processes, this role also can effectively step in as a backup or use a team approach to complete tasks during coworker(s) absence.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Automotive Industry.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience managing GM CCA/Stellantis Mopar account with a strong focus on customer relationship management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and people skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in SAP, CRM software (Prefer Salesforce), and Microsoft Office Suite.
