Overview
Empire & Co. is seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Coordinator / Junior Account Manager to join our Atlanta team. This role will support Account Managers and play a key part in ensuring projects run smoothly from initial client engagement through installation.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within sales, project coordination, and client management in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support Account Managers with client communication and day-to-day project needs
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and client presentations
  • Coordinate internally with design, operations, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Track orders, timelines, and project milestones from order placement through installation
  • Communicate with vendors and manufacturers to confirm product specifications, pricing, and lead times
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and update internal systems accordingly
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, site visits, and installations
  • Provide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Help identify and resolve project-related issues to ensure a smooth client experience

Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Interior Design, or related field)
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support, project coordination, or customer service
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
