What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a steel worker, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Steel Worker, you need physical strength, manual dexterity, and a solid understanding of construction or fabrication processes, often supported by a high school diploma and on-the-job training or apprenticeships.
