Drive equipment uptime, improvements, and support new technologies through strong leadership and continuous development of the maintenance team. Core Responsibilities
  • Champion Safety + drive EHS compliance across the facility
  • Support / exceed goals for Quality, Production & Cost performance
  • Lead + develop maintenance team; set clear goals & ongoing skill development
  • Improve equipment reliability using RCA, data analysis & PM programs
  • Audit + enhance Preventive Maintenance + facility inspections
  • Evaluate equipment performance; identify lifecycle needs + cost-saving opportunities
  • Manage maintenance + capital budgets
  • Oversee machinery, tooling, fixtures, facility modifications & equipment upgrades
