Responsible for creating comprehensive drawings, detailing steel structures, and ensuring accuracy in the design and fabrication process. The role involves interpreting architectural drawings, preparing steel drawings for fabrication, and collaborating with project teams to meet project specifications and deadlines.

Prepare both rough sketches and detailed work with CAD systems based on customer needs. Follow specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings. Perform calculations for material and weight limitations. Communicate with architects, engineers, and project managers and incorporate knowledge gained into drawings. Prepare drawings, charts, and records with CAD equipment and conventional drafting techniques. The drafting for this company is from a manufacturing perspective - a strong understanding of CAD drawing.

HSG. Engineering degree preferred! Technical Degree, CAD or related field. 1 year of experience preferred.

Normal Hours: 8-5, Monday - Friday. Criminal/Drug screening.
