Job Title: CNC Mill OperatorJob Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, utilizing tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges. This position is key to ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC machines with precision and efficiency.
  • Utilize micrometers, calipers, and height gauges for accurate measurements.
  • Handle multiple grades of materials, specifically focusing on steel.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production outcomes.
  • Manage tooling, loading, usage, speeds, and feeds.
  • Determine sequence of operations and manage tool life to enhance productivity.
Essential Skills
  • 1-3 years of experience in CNC Mill operation.
  • Proficiency in operating multi-axis machines.
  • Knowledge of machining steel materials.
  • Experience with CNC Mills, specifically Mazak, Okuma, and DMG.
  • Ability to read blueprints and make precise measurements with calipers and micrometers.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with different setups and understanding of tooling.
  • Capability to handle offsets and understand program blocks.

Pay and Benefits
