Cold-formed Steel Framer / Subcontractor Needed – Royal Oak & Birmingham
 Note: Not an employee but rather a 1099'd independent contractor. No benefits.
Looking for an experienced commercial steel framer for ongoing work in the Royal Oak and Birmingham areas.
 
Required skills:
 - Steel stud framing
 - Demolition
 - Insulation
 - Drop ceilings
 - General commercial construction
 
Compensation can be hourly or by the job, depending on the scope of work and mutual agreement.
 
Immediate work available.
 
Must have reliable transportation, the tools necessary to perform commercial carpentry work, and be dependable.
