Location: Waco, TX Area
Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time
Work Schedule:
  • Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Overtime: Voluntary, based on workload
Job Summary:
Crouch Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Receiving Checker for a busy warehouse environment in the Waco area. This position is responsible for verifying incoming shipments, inspecting materials, and ensuring accuracy of received goods. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working both on the warehouse floor and with computer systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
  • Verify materials against packing slips, purchase orders, and invoices
  • Accurately count, measure, and document received items
  • Record and enter receiving data into computer systems
  • Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages
  • Communicate with warehouse, purchasing, and shipping teams
  • Assist with unloading and staging materials as needed
  • Maintain organized and clean receiving areas
Requirements:
  • Previous warehouse or receiving experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills (data entry, email, Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to read and understand shipping/receiving documents
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and be on feet for extended periods
