TRU-Ryde Transit LLC is a trusted Non-Emergency Medical Transportation provider committed to delivering safe, timely, and respectful service to clients across Worcester County. As we grow, we’re looking for dependable and compassionate individuals to join our team.

Available Positions:


Monitor (Ride Assistant)
Monitors assist passengers during transport, ensuring safety, comfort, and proper conduct throughout the ride.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with care giving, school transportation, or working with vulnerable populations is a plus
  • Must be dependable, patient, and attentive
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain – training provided)

Schedule Details:

  • Split Shift: Approximately 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM & 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
  • Monday through Friday (No weekends or holidays)
  • Routes operate throughout Worcester County and surrounding towns
