What You'll Do
  • You'll assemble the product to National Assembler's specifications
  • You'll build a strong rapport with customers and ensure 100% satisfaction by delivering good customer service and quality product
  • Install, configure, and test video monitors and associated hardware per site specifications and company standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site.
  • Complete documentation of work, sign-offs, and photos for each location.
  • Communicate status updates to Regional Manager and project leads.
  • Follow safety procedures and store policies while onsite.

  • Prior experience installing video monitors, security/AV systems, or similar hardware preferred not a deal breaker
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to work nights, travel between stores, and lift equipment safely.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel overnight.
