Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience developing enterprise business intelligence and analytics solutions using Power BI.
  • 3+ years of experience designing and implementing data solutions on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
  • Experience with SQL, BigQuery, DAX, Power Query (M), data modeling, and ETL/ELT development.
  • Experience building executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and enterprise reporting solutions.
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets in complex enterprise environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Human-in-the-Loop (HITL), AI Operations, Process Intelligence, Automation, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
  • Experience implementing Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies and operational performance monitoring frameworks.

You will work across business and technology teams to design data pipelines, develop business intelligence solutions, operationalize KPI reporting, and implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) capabilities that provide visibility into process health, performance trends, and operational risk. Responsibilities
Business Intelligence & Reporting
  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions.
  • Build executive, operational, and strategic reporting that enables data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop semantic models, KPIs, measures, calculations, and advanced DAX solutions.
  • Create intuitive, interactive visualizations that highlight performance trends, opportunities, and operational risks.
  • Improve dashboard performance, refresh reliability, scalability, and user experience.
  • Establish reporting standards, governance processes, and documentation practices.
Data Engineering & Cloud Analytics
  • Design, develop, and optimize data ingestion pipelines within Google Cloud Platform.

  • Develop scalable analytical solutions leveraging BigQuery and other cloud-native technologies.
