The position involves daily, weekly, and project-based tasks focused on gathering and curating alumni-related content for newsletters, social media, and web platforms.
Responsibilities Daily Responsibilities
- Collect In Memoriam entries and verify degrees using Unite.
- Review Meltwater emails for Class Notes and verify degrees.
Weekly/Monthly Responsibilities
- Monitor college department websites and At the U for Class Notes.
- Support the What's New with U social media campaign.
- Collaborate with the Networking team to develop content for web, newsletters, and LinkedIn.
- Project-Based Work
- Assist with migrating and archiving content from iModules to WordPress.
- Organize content in Box.
- Identify stories from the Oral History Project for features.
- Help curate the Notable Alumni page.
- Gather assets and content for the Annual Report. (as needed)
