First and Goal Events has an Analytics Assistant opportunity open for a grab. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, independent thinker who can instinctively manage projects without detailed supervision. They are a rising multidimensional star that has a focused and intellectual curiosity.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with data management platforms, and the ability to examine different vendors for their applicability
  • Learn and improve our digital data tracking initiatives to further drive success
  • Proactively identify opportunities for data analysis and analysis to prioritize daily workflow
  • Work closely with the creative team to regularly test and incorporate opportunities to use dynamic creativity
  • Analyzing all of the brand's data inputs (ranging from syndicated to digital marketing data)
  • Support the Analysis Manager in applying statistical tests and segmentation techniques in media planning
  • Develops and maintains the brand's holistic performance dashboard and provides analysis to enable insight-based decision making
  • Unwavering commitment to precision and attention to detail

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent in marketing, statistics, mathematics, economics, or disciplined experience in marketing/business analysis or related scientific/quantitative field experience
  • 1-4 years of experience in marketing analysis / digital analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of with relevant software/systems, such as Google Analytics, DoubleClick Manager, Social Media Insights panels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
  • Proficient in advanced analytical skills such as projections, forecasts, regressions, and correlations of multiple variables, a plus
  • Ability to handle a large volume of work
  • Ability to work in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
